We are thrilled to share one of our recently completed projects, a bathroom remodel in Spokane, Washington. This project was a complete transformation, turning an outdated bathroom into a modern oasis. Let’s walk through the process, from the initial state to the final result.
The Before
The original bathroom was badly neglected with water damage and cheap fix had been applied to the tub surround over dry rot, lathe and plaster. It featured a standard bathtub, a single sink vanity, and an outdated and dirty bath surround. The lighting was harsh and unflattering, and the overall color scheme was dull and uninspiring and in bad need of repair.
The Remodeling Process
We started by stripping the bathroom down to its bare bones. As this was a rental they requested we keep the tub but the surround was gutted and dry-rot replaced. The single sink with an old wood vanity was replaced with a modern-looking floating sink. We also installed new, modern tiles on the tub surround and a new LVP floor.
The After
The result is a stunning, functional bathroom that is beautiful and functional. The bathtub area is much more inspiring. The new color scheme creates a calming atmosphere, perfect for a quick shower or bath after a long day.
The transformation is truly remarkable. The new bathroom is a testament to the power of good design and quality workmanship. We are incredibly proud of the result and are excited to share it with you.
