Established in 1979, we have been serving the greater Spokane Area for over 30 years.  We specialize in Spokane remodeling projects large and small.  Kitchen and Bathroom remodels are our specialty.  Owner Bill Yount is personally involved with every project, providing you with the personal care you would expect from the company owner.

We are proud of our reputation.  Our experience and knowledge comes from  working at the professional level in commercial and residential new and  remodel.  Property management and insurance including smoke fire and water damage.  All subcontractors that we use we have worked with for a number of years and we know who we can rely on and only use those subcontractors to guarantee quality craftsmanship and fair pricing.

While working in your home we are aware that this is your castle and we do everything possible to make the project go as  smooth as possible with the least amount of inconvenience to you.  We clean up after the end of every work day and leave your home as clean as  when we arrived.

We strive to only have one project scheduled at a time.  This allows us to start and finish your job as efficiently and quickly as possible. Once we start a project we stay on that job until it is finished.   We do our best to keep your home as clean and uncluttered as possible.  We try not to start any project until all materials are in town or at the job site so there are no delays in waiting for material.

All labor is guaranteed for 2 years.  All materials provided by B. Yount Construction or sub contractors is guaranteed by manufactures specifications.
